好きなときに読み返して、ご自身の内側にしっかりと馴染ませることができるため、

こちらのほうが合う方もいらっしゃるかもしれません。

In the other option, I communicate with your own expansive self about the themes that you have given me,

then write it up and send it to you as a PDF.

You can go back and read it whenever you like and let it settle deeply within you, so this approach might be a better fit for some people.
